Always face the Sonlight

Always face the Sonlight

Hello, World!

Meet the unlikely duo

Rae Anne Jones

Founder and Host

She has been sober and saved since July 10, 2010. During this time, she has walked alongside others in spaces of healing, faith, personal growth, and restoration.

Her calling is not to teach Jesus from a distance, but to talk about Him through the real and emotional experiences we all face as human beings.

“I am passionate about helping people understand how to apply Jesus to every part of life.”

She is currently developing her “12 Steps with Jesus” discipleship course that will be available for people to walk through.

Her guiding belief is:

“Taking your past and your future and helping it make sense in your present.”

Nikki Snider

Christian coach and Host

She helps people move forward in their personal and spiritual growth. She has a heart for helping others reconnect with who they truly are in Christ. Nikki brings compassion, insight, and practical encouragement to every conversation. Through her coaching, she helps individuals move from feeling stuck to living with clarity and purpose.

“I am a coach who wants to help you calm your inner chaos and live with your thoughts as put together as your outside appearance.

I am a certified neurocoach. That means the strategies I help you with are brain-based and science-backed. I am a natural listener and encourager, and I can guide you toward a calmer thought life.”

One of Nikki’s favorite reminders is:

“Be in your being, not in your doing.”

“When the world tells you that your humanness disqualifies you from a relationship with Christ, we believe that is exactly what qualifies you.”

About Sunflower Rising Podcast

Sunflower Rising is a space where faith meets real life, where our humanness collides with Christ.

It’s not always polished or perfect, but it’s beautiful and where healing, truth, and transformation begins.

Hosted by Rae Anne and Christian coach Nikki Snider, we have honest conversations about following Jesus in the middle of everyday struggles, emotions, and breakthroughs. Instead of distant teaching, we explore what it really looks like to walk with Christ through fear, shame, pain, relationships, and healing.

We believe your humanness doesn’t disqualify you from Jesus — it’s exactly what qualifies you for His grace.

What’s in a name ?

Sunflowers naturally turn their faces toward the sun all day long. When one is weak, others turn toward it to share their light and strength.
